Wilderness Trail Distillery's Single Barrel, Wheated, Bottled in Bond Bourbon, has a mashbill of 64% corn, 24% wheat and 12% malted barley. We locally source our corn and wheat and make it using our sweet mash process. Bottled in Bond assures you it is 100 proof and at least 4 years old.
