Our ASW Fiddler - Georgia Heartwood is back again.  This is our 2^nd barrel pick, following up our widely acclaimed 2023 pick.  If you love a deep, rich bourbon experience, you’re going to love this ASW Fiddler selection. 

This barrel when originally sampled came in at 115.1 proof, however, that Georgia heat kicked in and it finished at 118.2 proof at bottling. The 18 Georgia Heartwood staves create a nose to remember.  It has a chocolate brownie note, covered by confectionary sugar.  The sweetness is offset by darker fruits such as plums and blackberries.  The palate and finish doesn’t disappoint!  

It’s such a rich and unique whiskey experience. I hope you enjoy this ASW Fiddler #2, as much as I do.  I have no doubts, there will be a request for a third selection this year! Cheers….
