This exceedingly rare single barrel of Fiddler Heartwood Bourbon begins with a high-wheat mash bill before being finished on hand-harvested, charred Georgia white oak heartwood staves that are placed in the barrels for the final few months of maturation. In addition to the wheat lending a soft, silky texture and salted caramel, the Georgia staves lend maple, sandalwood, oak, and a rounder mouthfeel, for a textured complexity. Mashbill: 51% corn, 45% wheat, 4% malted barley.
