  • T8ke's Tasting Notes: Heavy and spicy on the nose with tons of rye spice,  baked apples, maple, toffee and butterscotch before black pepper, peppy oak, waffle batter and creamy caramels jumps back. It's a big rye, it's pepper-y and spicy and a touch herbal with bold oak, sweet desserts and a herbal pinch to stay on top of your tongue with a root beer and rye spice crackle. Long finish, lovely balance of oak, spicy tobacco, root beer and cola, bold rye spice, and a final dash of that baked apple and oak.
