In Atlanta, there's a Coca Cola museum that lets you try all sorts of soda's from around the world, and this has a bright, strawberry fanta note that tickles my brain when I smell it. The palate dives into more classic bourbon undertones: vanilla bean, cola, caramelized sugar, pleasant pepper and tannin and laced with sweet strawberry and gentle, bright, fruits. Long finish that ends on a savory note with caramel, pepper, sweet oak and a final pop of fruity tart.
