Sweet on the palate, full of life and texture, it's creamy, easy drinking, sneaky crushable and full of the right balance of fruit, sweetness, oak and baking spice. It's north of 60% ABV but you'd never know it neat. Finish is long and cola focused, lovely cherry combines with sweet oak, a touch of honey and a pop of candied ginger as it sets like the sun on a summer evening.
