This Blue Note Juke Joint, Uncut-Unfiltered Bourbon is a Single Barrel Bourbon sourced from a distillery in Kentucky and aged at least 3 years. This barrel is a Warehouse Collapse Barrel, part of a run of barrels from Blue Note that has been getting extremely high praise. In 2019 a warehouse in Kentucky partially collapsed sending over 25% of the barrels it held to the ground. This barrel was bottled at 119.0 proof and has a mashbill of 70% corn, 21% rye and 9% malted barley.

The tasting notes for this single barrel are a Butterscotch and Oak on the nose and palate with a long finish that contains a nice building spice note. This drinks way under its proof and is great both neat and on the rocks. This bottle is so good it might be Gone in 60 Sips!
