This is an easy drinking light whiskey with a high proof that will sneak up on you. This is not going to be as sweet as other American Light Whiskey products you have tried. Tasting Notes: The Toasted Barrel Bourbon starts with a medium char nose and then dives into a well rounded body with notes of toffee and spice and builds to a finish that reminds you this is a toasted barrel. This bottle is 114.4 proof and this was finished in a 1 Heavy Toast secondary barrel.
