BourbonFinds Exclusive Single Barrel, selected on premise at Starlight Distillery. 

This third release in the Jurassic Pick series is a Double Oaked Bourbon called "Whiskey will Find a Way",  aged 4.5 years and bottled at 109.4 proof. 

This double oaked bourbon brings an old school dusty funk on the nose and the bourbon flows from there easily over the palate with hints of oak and sweetness but nothing to point out the 109 proof.

The finish is medium length with subtle sweetness. This pour drinks way under proof and will disappear very quickly once opened.
