The fifth release in the Jurassic Pick series is the Rye Whiskey finished in Peach Brandy Barrels called "Just Peachy", aged 4 years and bottled at 108 proof.

This bottle has a subtle nose that just hints at the goodness within and then explodes into a sweet confectionery sugar finish with roasted peaches coming through.

This is an easy drinking subtle finished product that doesn't give away it is rye until the very end and is something that got even better with some air time upon opening.
