- Tasting Notes: Sweet on the nose, this bourbon has plenty of rich maple and cookie dessert notes to it. It reminds me of a wafer cookie mixed with a waffle cone. There's a pleasant amount of oak, great structure and lots of balance: sweet oak and dry tannins balance out sweet maple, bold tobacco, waffle cone and a dash of pepper.
