  • Tasting Notes: Brown butter returns with a peppery alter ego, this barrel is all about a punchy nose and spicy approach with a smooth, velvety, viscous palate that leans into dessert'o'clock. Pepper, candied ginger, a touch of cinnamon and clove greet you on the nose. The palate is sticky and rich, layered with brown butter, caramel, pralines and a touch of tobacco. Long finish, sweet and dessert forward all the way through with a pinch of cinnamon on its way out.
