Finish: This 8-barrel blend was aged 8 years and 7 months in once used bourbon barrels and finished for 5 months in cherry bitters barrels.

Sensory Notes: Oily fleeting legs, glowy golden appearance. Cherry, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, crème brûlée, and vanilla on the nose. Palate is cinnamon, nutmeg, cherry, sugar, and light winey acidity that gives way to a long silky beautiful finish.
