The Kelvin Collaboration V is a blend of three Kentucky Straight Bourbons. A

  1. 7-year bourbon with a mash bill of 74% corn, 20% rye, and 5% malted barley
  2. 8-year bourbon with a mash bill of 74% corn, 20% rye, and 5% malted barley
  3. 9-year with a mash bill of 78% corn, 10% rye and 12% Malted Barley

ABV: 117 Proof

Yield: 4,800 Bottles

The whiskey was then finished in Australian Mariposa Sherry and Añejo Dark Rum casks.
