Introducing Elklops! This is the first of four bottles from the Elk-Men series we selected this year. This 9 year Wheat Whiskey is the leader of the pack and was picked on its 9th birthday from being barreled by the pick team during our visit to the Old Elk distillery in Fort Collins, Colorado last April. This barrel stood out among the 20 we tried. This is a special barrel you rarely find during picks! It had hints of fruit, caramel and sweet oak on the nose and palate and an amazing finish that had you coming back for more. This is bottled at 123.1 proof.
