Rebel Bourbon Tasting Notes:

Nose: brown sugar, lemon custard, cherry syrup, vanilla, and dark corn syrup

Palate: warming and rich vanilla, with a pop of dark fruit, and flamed orange peel. A second taste after the Ezra Brooks rye bourbon leaves me with a more pronounced corn sweetness note that I often find in fresh baked cornbread.  

Finish: medium in length, warm and rich caramel lingers
