APPEARANCE: Deep Amber and very oily on the glass.
NOSE: Spice cake (carrot cake), graham cracker or a gingersnap, fantastic wet oak, orange citrus, fresh caramel, slight espresso or non sweetened dark chocolate with a lingering baking spice. VERY well balanced nose
PALATE: Again that fantastic spice cake, the sweet lingering spice is fantastic, perfect amount of wet oak, more nice orange citrus, still some espresso or non sweetened dark chocolate, touch of leather, a werthers caramels or touch of a butterscotch, nice vanilla note and there is a touch of that dusty turkey profile with the lingering wet oak presence.
