T8ke's Tasting Notes:
- Nose: Fruit and spice dance on the nose with orange peel, apple bake, cinnamon, blueberries and blackberry meeting bitter oak, balsamic and toffee across the spectrum. it's bright, then it's dark, it's light, then it's heavy. It ends with syrupy fruits, blackberry loudest among them all.
- Palate: Dense and syrupy, strong oak laced with Luxardo cherry, toffee, baked apple, and blackberry continues, loaded with orange peel, spicy pepper and more oak. The oakiest of the three.
- Finish: Long finish, leaning first fruit driven then heavy oakiness and dessert. The blackberry settles here giving way to cherry and apple bake with caramels and cinnamon.
