Hybrid Oak Theory

A 6 year old bourbon that's finished in a hybrid barrel made of half French oak and half American oak staves. Additionally, toasted oak staves are added during the secondary barrel finishing process.

  • Nose: Shortbread, butterscotch brownie, hint of berries and citrus zest
  • Palate: Brown sugar, spiced tea, orange zest, black pepper, and subtle oak
  • Finish: Medium-long with notes of warm spice, citrus zest, and oak
