- Tasting Notes: An undeniable departure from the standard profile I find in WP10 barrels, this release is packed with maple and dials up the fruit in a spontaneous left hook from the spice aisle. Blackberry, maple syrup and warm butter open on the nose, this pig is deeply reminiscent of our Pancake Breakfast release from 2021. Fruit character blends berry with orange peel and lightly tropical fruits, blackberry, currant and a dash of fig along with heavy maple, powerful oak and a touch of rye funk. Easily the longest finish of the three, despite being the lowest proof. It's a champion alright.
