- T8ke's Tasting Notes: Rich brown butter on the nose, spicy pepper, pleasant oak, nutmeg, clove, brown sugar and toffee pop right away. It's nicely integrated and the oak shows through really pleasantly. Some cocoa, pleasant tobacco, a pop of pepper once more on the palate. The mouthfeel is pleasant and viscous - it really drinks like a thick, rich, caramel driven pour. Long finish, pleasant combination of sweet oak, toffee, creme brulee, vanilla bean, a little hint of espresso and big pepper once more.
