- T8ke's Tasting Notes: The sweet tea meister of the three, it has this tickle of sweet tea, black tea, honeyed apples and a hint of tobacco. Rich and dark, a touch of ango and old, ancient oak with buttercream and a pop of toffee on the finish.

- T8ke's Tasting Notes: The fruit salad of the three - color me shocked - baked apples, orange peel, raspberry sorbet and blackberry reduction all come together like a cassis laced bourbon smash. Plenty of oak, balanced nicely with the fruit still and a pop of vanilla cream, pound cake and sticky toffee pudding.

- T8ke's Tasting Notes: The brute of the three, the low proof stood out against higher proof bottlings, with gorgeous creme brulee, caramelized sugars, orange marmalade, a hint of cinnamon and a praline sort of maple-y richness. Big oak here, no surprise. By far the oakiest of the three but far from a bitter-bomb.
