• T8KE's Tasting Notes: Fat cola, toffee, buttercream, cinnamon, luxardo cherry and dark chocolate on the nose that pops with graham cracker, ginger, black pepper, oak. Palate is dense and dessert driven. The proof punches through a bit, nice syrupy character but it's too thick. Oak driven, luxardo cherry, some pipe tobacco, lots of graham cracker, vanilla bean. The finish brightens up: vanilla ice cream, some orange peel, luxardo cherry, a hint of cinnamon and lovely cocoa.
