• Nose: Intense honey, maple, brown butter, toffee and notes of barrel char, cigar wrapper, boysenberry, elderberry and stewed fruits. Pepper,  ginger, complex spice and heavy oak drive a monster nose. 

• Taste: Palate is rich and dense, chewy and heavy with oak, tobacco, rye spice, black pepper, heavy molasses, figs and pipe tobacco. Lemon cake, white grape, layers of rye spice meet decadent dessert and a blackberry funk. 

• Finish: Long, heavy, driven by opulent cake batter, cream, cocoa, espresso, turkish delight, pipe tobacco, blackberry reduction and heavy rye spice and oak. 

• Overall: A totally wild rye.
