  • T8ke's Tasting Notes: 
    • Nose:  Baking spice, cinnamon, pepper, nutmeg, black cherry and the crispness of fresh apples, heavy oak and the decadence of brulee. Caramelized sugars, amaro, Luxardo and cigar wrapper. 
    • Palate:  Fat, opulent, decadent: Peppery first with cola, tobacco, heavy oak, broad strokes of caramel and honey, nougat and brulee. Belgian waffle, maple candies, dark chocolate and a touch of espresso, ango, syrupy blackberry and fig spread. 
    • Finish: Long finish, crisp and concise: sweet oak, rich blackberry, tobacco, brulee and nougat, heavy sweetness and spice, with a final spine of oak to carry. 
    • Overall:  Harrowingly complex.
