T8ke's Tasting Notes: Heavy sweetness on the nose, creamy with batter and sweetness, honey and a hint of earthiness, pepper and vanilla. The palate is rich and almost has a "fluffy" mouthfeel - it's hard to explain. It turns a touch earthy, there's a light pop of cucumber, earthy umami richness, grapefruit citrus, sweet vanilla and a creamy, light honeydew adjacent flavor. It's the most unusual gin I've had but it's super satisfying in how the earthy, savory character meets light juniper and citrus. It makes a dirty martini unlike and I've had, but I have to give it to a 50:50 in favor - an extra drop of orange bitters and you're in business. Wild stuff, just wild. Lovely.
