"Rad Medicine"

Every once in a while, a barrel decides for you. In fact, this has only happened twice for us. This was the very first barrel we tasted of the day, looked at each other, and immediately knew it was coming home with us. Months later, revisiting it only confirmed that first impression.

The nose is insane and will have you coming back over and over again. Think of the Caramel Chews candies we had as kids leading the way, followed by notes of vanilla and butterscotch. There's just enough seasoned oak to balance the sweetness that hits up front.

The palate delivers exactly what the aroma promises. Thick, oily, and wonderfully viscous, it coats the mouth with layers of buttery caramel, soft vanilla cream, gentle baking spice, and a kiss of sweet oak. Every flavor feels perfectly balanced.

The finish lingers beautifully, carrying waves of sweetness, light spice, and delicate oak begging you to come back for another sip. This is a special barrel from start to finish, and we're beyond excited for you to try it.

And of course, "Rad Medicine" couldn't be a more fitting name. Besides the blatant nod to Bon Jovi's "New Jersey" album, this truly is, like the song says... "Rad Medicine" is what I need!
