  • ABV: 65.1% ABV
  • T8KE's Tasting Notes:
    • Nose: Bright grilled pineapple, peaches, pears and apple with heavy funk, a touch of red berry, slate, and this punchy lovely grapefruit, salinity, some grassiness and gobs of fruity funk.
    • Taste: All sorts of berries meet here with that grilled peaches note once more, a touch of tannin and wood spice and cinnamon meets a hint of pepper, salinity, minerality, a creamy sweetness and more grapefruit, gingerbread, pineapples, plums and pears. Gorgeous, bright, funky, effervescent.
    • Finish: Long finish, a touch of industrial funk here combined with bright fruits, dole fruit syrup, peaches, pears, watermelon, papaya, saline and pepper. Light wood, a touch of red fruit.
    • Overall: Wild, peppy, electric and full of flavors that open a whole new world.
