The nocturnal Perro de Agua is an otter species that, unlike most other types of otters, tends to enjoy solitary conditions. They find ample nesting spots along the Río Blanco, which offers an abundance of dense vegetation and rock crevices. Their webbed feet and strong, muscular tails make them skilled swimmers.

This single cask was fermented from 100% cane juice in pine tanks with ambient yeast. It was distilled by Rommel Krassel on a copper alembic pot still and aged for 22 months in new Acacia wood followed by 4 months in red wine cask. The angel's share was 19%. No water, sugar, or coloring added.
