This is a blend of two, carefully selected straight bourbon whiskeys, that after maturing and blending, is sent to a charred VA oak barrel that was once used to hold honey for a period of time.
This method allows the the bourbon to slowly mingle with the honey that is soaked into the oak barrel which produces, not just a sweet honey finish but also hints of rose petal, creme brulee and cinnamon toast.
