- T8ke's Tasting Notes: Dark chocolate, blackberry and Luxardo cherry are dominant on the nose with a hint of graham cracker, cracked pepper, a hint of cinnamon and a pop of fig. The palate is creamy, rich, velvety, the high proof and the port finish blends to create a sort of pillowy texture, with loads of luxardo cherry, cocoa, a hint of espresso, big pepper, the additional of french vanilla and some toffee. Long finish, peppery and balanced with spice and oak.
