- T8KE's Tasting Notes: On its head compared to our first: this release is a bold sweet caramel cake of toffee, baking spice, cinnamon, creamy frosting and applebutter and candied ginger. The palate is rich and loaded with oak still but pull more in a classic but dialed up bourbon dessert character: caramels, vanilla frosting: cocoa, cinnamon candies and maple. Decadent, heavy oak and a long, rich, creme brulee finish.
