- T8KE's Tasting Notes: Last but not least, this wheated wonder is soft and crushable, full of vibrant butterscotch, fruits, cinnamon and creaminess. Apricot and honey pop on the nose with baking spice, caramel corn, cinnamon and waffle cone left and right. Pleasant oak but not overbearing on the palate, there's more fruit here: apple, pear, apricot, plum and a touch of blackberry alongside honey and pastries. The finish is long, more baking spice, toffee and cinnamon here with plenty happening among sweet oak, buttercream and a final pop of caramelized sugar.
