Backbone Bourbon Co "(Super Sherry) Star Punch" Oloroso Finished Bourbon Stuff & Whiskey Selection

An unapologetic dark-as-night Oloroso sherry bomb of a bourbon that’s incredibly unique featuring dark and dense sweetness followed by a subtly surprisingly smoky barrel char sweetness on the finish.

Nose: Booze-soaked raisins, dates, figs and prunes, cedar, leather, and faint varnish

Palate: A wild expression of every purple fruit you can imagine mixed with late subtly smoky barrel char

Experience: Incredible density of flavor saturation, unique mix of up-front sweetness that transitions into late barrel and Oloroso sherry impact
