- T8ke's Tasting Notes: The infamous 123.4. This release pops right up front with heavy molasses, toffee butter, caramel candies and rich tobacco and pepper. The palate is syrupy and viscous, it has the viscosity of a much higher proof but at 123pf it's lovely and drinkable. I made a sour with this, I wouldn't advise it. I made a Vieux Carre with it, I would absolutely advise it. The finish is long and powerful, packed with toffee, sweet cream, tobacco and honey. It's gorgeous, bold, rich.
