Backbone Bourbon Estate was crafted to represent not only where we
have been as a company but also where we are going. Our experience has
taught us how to optimize our sourcing, finishing, and blending skills to
create proprietary products that offer fantastic flavor profiles. For Estate,
we utilized those skills in a hyper-focused way. The blend is composed of
mostly cognac-finished and otherwise double-barreled bourbon, blended
to our exact specifications. Estate is the first of what we are calling “micro
batches”, with batch #1 producing only 73 cases. Our “micro batch”
approach will allow us to be even more adventurous with our products and
offer releases that are even more unique and frequent.
