- T8KE's Tasting Notes: Rich honey, buttercream, graham cracker crust, marshmallow cream, caramelized sugar and a hint of black pepper on the nose. Layered and complex. The palate is viscous, balanced and rich: sweet brown sugar, vanilla bean, toffee meets candied ginger, black pepper, pralines and a hint of cinnamon. Big toasty sweetness follows with some graham cracker, marshmallow, some french vanilla and lovely brown sugar. Long finish, oaky and dry to balance the sweet, chewy palate. Cinnamon, spice, brown sugar, maple and vanilla bean pop on the finish as well with a touch of luxardo cherry.
