  • T8KE's Tasting Notes: Rich maple, rye spice, black pepper and a touch of ginger. The palate is loaded with big sweet notes as well as those spicy rye notes - very much a kentucky style rye in the profile in my opinion. Brown sugar, black pepper, rye bead, maple, creme brulee, a hint of clove and back to sweet oak and cola on the finish.
