  • Nose: Baking Spices and White Pepper, Buttery Pie Crust, Unique Tartness Mixed with a Vanilla Cream
  • Palate: Key Lime Cheesecake, Buttery Pie Crust, Slight Cherry Syrup, Baking Spices
  • Finish: Key Lime Cheesecake, Whipped Cream, White Pepper
  • (The tart on the palate and finish was also described as a grapefruit by one other on the pick team. The uniqueness of that particular note is what won over the pick team on this barrel.)
