Tasting Notes: 

• Nose: The nose is chock full of honey and caramels, sweet and inviting with a touch of clove, satisfying cherry and sweet toffee. 
• Palate: Sweet at first, there's a combination of cherry, orange peel and sweet vanilla, a pinch of baking spice and a pleasant oak structure. Dangerously drinkable, just like some of Eagle Rare's greatest hits. 
• Finish: Long finish, more baking spice, oak and clove, decadent.
• Overall: A name rarely seen in single barrel picks, Bowman's got a good thing going.
