Tasting Notes:

“Bulls on Parade” immediately separates itself from the typical light whiskey profile with a nose built around dark oak, raspberry syrup, grilled red apple, and maple-drenched pastry sweetness. There is still some of that familiar light whiskey sweetness underneath, but the darker fruit and saturated oak push this into a much richer direction. 

On the palate, it opens with a decadent rush of raspberry, grape, and dark berries, layered with syrupy sweetness, heavy oil, and a lively spice that makes the whole mouth tingle. The mid-palate softens into something creamier, like raspberry custard filled donuts, before the finish brings everything on the nose roaring back.  The dark oak and char coupled with the fruit blast and all the sweetness brings this one over the top in unexpected ways for the light whiskey category.

This is a dense, decadent pour that feels both sophisticated and dangerously easy to enjoy.
