Nose: prickly pear, green apple layered with dark fruits and spice. The oak balances out the sweetness very well. Sweet malty notes with hints of honey and sweet tea.

Palate: a lot of this prickly pear and green apple notes with incredible spice, black pepper and notes of dark fruit with hints of red grapes. hints of chocolate and coffee malt undertones and as the finish sets in there are Slight peanut butter and jelly notes making it a long, lingering and complex finish.
