What: A blend of 8-year 21% rye bourbon and 8-year 100% malt whiskey

• Straight Bourbon: 75% corn, 21% rye, 4% malted barley
• Malt Whiskey: 85% brewer’s malt, 15% caramel pilsner

Tasting Notes: Toasted & charred oak, dry cacao, chocolate syrup, toasted marshmallow, toasted biscuit, robust caramel, and light fleeting banana on the nose. The palate is a spicy creamy coating mouthfeel with cola and light caramel giving way to waves of cream and light cacao. Drops of water reveal baking spices, honey, acidic winey red fruits, and uncooked marshmallows.
