- T8ke's Tasting Notes: Vibrant, punchy, tep dna through and through. Rainwater and storm air on the nose, bell peppers, japaleno, a hint of minerality, slate and limestone and a beautiful vanilla sweetness pops on the nose. It's slightly vegetal, wildly fresh, vibrant. The palate is full of string bean and jalapeno (the flavor, not the heat) on the palate giving way to creamy sweetness, almost a cream cheese frosting sort of decadence, pairing wonderfully with drying minerality and the faintest hint of char. Finish is long and lovely, punchy and Tep forward all the way: black pepper, bell pepper, creamy sweetness and a final citrus pop.
