- T8ke's Tasting Notes: Beautiful fruits pop on the nose: apples, citrus, a touch of tropical fruit and raspberry and honey - tropical, bright, effervescent and spritely. The palate is layered and vibrant as well: creamy sweetness, packed with raspberry and tropical fruits, almost like a naturally flavored jelly bean in the vibrancy of the fruit, the rich sweetness and a clean back palate. Apples - fuji specifically come to mind with tons of vibrant fruit, citrus and acid with a clean profile. Finish is long, fruit driven with gorgeous complexity. It's tobala at its finest.
