T8KE's Tasting Notes: Rich nose, full of toffee and salted caramel, light leather, big cola and a hint of brown butter. The palate develops more oak and a touch of cherry, cream soda, caramel candies, a pinch of pepper, a hint of leather and creme brulee. Heat is in check, spice and oak balance the dessert and soda note. Lovely finish, long, there’s a pleasant hug combining high proof and oak and balancing vanilla bean, caramel candies, toffee, cream soda and cola and black cherry tart.
