Batch 011 is composed of six corn components, two different ryes and, lastly, a single New Wood cask of Peregrine First Flight. By using 18yr, 23yr and 24yr corn components aged in New wood as well as the Peregrine NeW wood cask, we get multiple expressions of oak and baking spice. It is like a quartet of voices singing the same note across multiple octaves, adding depth and profound unity to the composition.

abound. Batch 011 walks you through an ancient forest of pinewood and vanilla beans,
with Distinct notes of honeycomb, charred tree sap and lychee tea.
Batch 011 lands thick, like caramel meandering across the top of chocolate lava cake.
cinnamon and nutmeg emerge before a mid-palate of creamy, burnt marshmallow
phenolics with savory mint tea, sweetened by melting rock candy. Clove and graham
cracker notes build into the finish, followed by a Luxardo cherry dipped in molasses.
