• Nose: Rich honesuckle, orange peel, brown butter, spear mint, dill, caramel candies and strong oak. Bold, powerful, quite unite.

• Taste: Velvet-y palate, tons of caramels, spice, spearmint and dill, toffee and a creamy, nougaty, dessert richness. There's prickles of spice here or there and the proof brings a supple chewiness, creaminess, a pillowy soft, rich texture. Loads of caramel candies, light fig, some barrel char.

• Finish: Long finish, loaded with oak and fig, herbal rye character and big pepper, chewy caramels and molasses.

• Overall:  A big, sticky, dilly rye.
