The core of this small batch Rye blend is created by sourcing from distilleries in Kentucky and Indiana. This 8-10 year blend of Rye is then secondary aged in toasted barrels. The secondary barrels are blended then bottled once Jonathan and Jennifer find the perfect balance between traditional Rye notes and added complexity / richness from the Kelvin toasted barrels.

TASTING NOTES: The nose opens with candied citrus peel and soft caramel chews, a bright-sweet introduction that sets the stage for what follows. The palate erupts with those same confectionary notes, now layered with fudge-like chocolate brownies, fresh-brewed coffee, and a hint of thin mints. This is a Bourbon drinker’s rye.
