  • T8ke's Tasting Notes: Flan on the nose with orange peel and rosewater, creamy vanillas, fig and honey, strong structured oak and tons of tobacco, a hint of colas, a figment of rancio and big pepper, toffee and a dash of ango. The palate is buttery, less a syrup texture and more of a two step between these opulent sweet notes and then big, powerful oak, tobacco and toffee. The finish is long, preserving more fig and blackberies while woody notes sing, laced with tobacco, a hint of minerality and lovely cola notes to see through.
